Well he only wants Minjae out of everyone there. I dont think its stockholm,honestly i feel like its a bullshit syndrome. Its a term thrown around. I think they had insane attraction for eachother from the start and its escalating as they know eachother,catching feelings is not a sickness,it happens. Life isnt holidays for Minjae either. This is my opinion.
If anything the commander is disappointing doing what he is doing to him.

Deputy Commander, in my view, is the only person who genuinely cares for MC and wants the best for him. Perhaps it's just me, but I thought it was adorable that he cleaned Mc after their sexual encounter.(≧∀≦)
