I believe the author’s choice of having the master (Woo) have black hair color was to symbolize his descent from a proud, powerful individual to someone who has been humbled, especially after being barely saved and striving to accompany his discipline despite facing resentment from his savior. Moreover, white hair would make him stand out too much and expose his identity to his discipline, which is what he and his savior did not want. Though, with the current development, I believe that in the next season we may witness his transformation by seeing his white hair. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
