After granny's death Dan will learn how to live for himself and find his own happiness instead of his grandma's. His only close one is unintentionally making it worse by telling Dan Jaekyung is a good person right now and to go out of his way to pay him back as a friend would do. He's known he isn't being rational since the start with these tingles and feelings but he used excuses to do what he wants ie give him the gift. Heesung's words also didn't help current Dan implanting into him too soon that Jaekyung acts differently around Dan.

I wanna be the level of delusional the bottom guy is, cause no way he fell in love with someone who didn't say a single nice thing ever since they met each other. Like it's not even the bare minimum... Too doesn't deserve him, but at this point doc is doing it to himself. Kinda painful to read
