I think I read one with the omega breastfeeding the child with his regular sized breast.
Maybe its like women, the size of the breast really doesn't matter to milk production.
From all omegaverses I've read and applying simple science, the body changes to provide for the child. Their breasts would probably swell and nipples enlarge and stick out. I've seen some on myreadingmanga where they show milk come out so....there it is.
