That's what I saw when I looked at the raws. If there's a 5th one then it's not out yet but the raws website said the 4th volume was released in 2022 so I think it's finished lol

why does it take so long just to upload the English version?

Like to this site or you mean in general? This site: no idea. In general: it's because first you'd have to wait for the raws to be published if they already aren't. In this case since they've been published for awhile it's most likely because the company who took on the translation aspect has to do just that. They have to translate all 150+ pages for the 1 volume, clean each page and typeset the English translation. And the company doing it has like 100+ other stories they are translating so it takes awhile. And omg... I have translated, cleaned, and typeset some Japanese Mangas myself and it takes FOREVER lol. So yea... it takes awhile. I hope this makes sense! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Right? I have debated about translating the last 2 volumes myself but I just really don't have enough time. And since the English version will be coming out who knows when, I feel like I'd be wasting my time when I can just wait for the officials ya know. Kinda sucks that the previous translator just stopped/dropped this though. Especially in the middle of vol 3
