Alpha x Alpha can get pregnant, Alpha x Omega, but no Omega x Omega can get pregnant. Betas can go both ways.

but isn't everyone in the omegaverse world can get pregnant. but alpha getting pregnant can be difficult compared to beta and omega

Yeah that's correct alphas chance of getting pregnant is much lower than the other two.
