Uhh i don’t remember it being specifically mentioned, but it was heavily implied that the princess was just spoiled and loved by the people. A lot of other nobles (though she was female) backed her in being the next empress. Ofc it wasnt true her father just loved her a lot never thought about giving her the crown and neither did she want it. Ig the people talking gotten into the brothers mind and thought if i want to be COMPLETELY sure its mine might as well kill them. Which tbh is all due to his superiority complex quite stupid of him (︶︿︶)＝凸

Was it ever stated why the brother(prince) hates his sister(princess) so much and why the King kept telling her it would have been better if she were born a male? Or has it not come up on the story yet-the reason I mean.
