If that's how you respond to a child being sick then you're not fit to be a caretaker , the kid needs emergency care , try to keep the fever down and call an ambulance , not panic , break the walkie talkie thing and run through the woods crying , that literally is insane.
That might be how u react in a situation like that..... But not everybody is same
