Well to begin with omega verse is a fucking confusing universe with males becoming pregnant. So if we try to look at it in a scientific basis, an alpha could bear a child though a very very little possibility . Imagine the genetic make-up of a hermaphrodite person having the genetic make-up of a female even though having a dominant male characteristics at an early age compared to an alpha that has the possibility of being fertile.
