His tattoo is awful(laughed abt it everytime I read this ) and he was definitely mean at some points in the story but I feel like them falling in love wasn't out of nowhere. Like you could tell when it started to happen. He was denying it and being a jerk at times but you didn't need eys to see he was inlove with joon.
And this story was the sweetest. not so much sexy(had it's moments tho) but fuck that because this story to me was more about the cuteness/sweetness and not the sexiness. Like we can all agree that fluff and fluff/comfort demolishes smut any day.
If you look at semes today, daiki will never be close to their level(and by that I leak he's way to nice to be like any of them. look around on the bl stories and like 95% of them are just straight up rape, toxic and abusive seme and uke who's as dumb as an unborn child. who despite all the awful things being done to him falls in love with the seme and the seme "changes', becomes a green flag and they live happily ever after)
To me, the way you described him was as if he was like awful throughout and just an awful character and stereotypical seme. Which is giving false.

Daiki kept shaming him, telling him he’s, disgusting, being homophobic and a terrible father over all. Not letting his kid wear colorful clothes, go out, or just playing around mimicking animal sounds is insane. It was out of nowhere cuz daiki kept being cold and rude to joon and then they suddenly have sex. Sho is the older guy with a beard who helped joon a lot.
Joon has so much more chemistry with sho (who is 10 times hotter) than daiki.
Daiki has the plainest personality ever. He’s like one of those inbred narcissistic assholes who are always big-shots-in-some-way semes. Him falling in love after being an asshole was out of nowhere too. Ugh, I’m so mad. This couldve been such a sexy and great story with an older seme like sho but instead we get the winner of worst tattoo ever jerk
