At this point i'm thinking he'll be the number one hero just because he defeated shigaraki. He'll probably lose his quriks in the end and be regarded a true hero. Or something like that?

tbh just because the narration said that it actually makes me think that there is a definite possibility of him losing all his quirks. kind of lika a memorabilia.
But in the narration Deku's going to be the greatest number 1 hero so I don't think he'll lose his powers, it might be gone but he prolly will be getting it back somehow
