Seme wants to be liked, so he keeps leading everyone on. For example, there a girl that likes seme but he won't reject or accept her.
Another time is when Mc gets a friend and seme humiliates the friend bc he's worried that he's not Mcs favorite anymore. Then, seme goes and befriends that guy bc he worried that he doesn't like him.
But yeah, basically seme is very manipulative bc he wants everyone to like him.
