After ch 43, it went back to ch 1 and the art style changed, same story and all but the art changed. They just remade the whole thing I think, I was just confused because I got used to the 1st art style.
Oh yes you're right, I didn't even notice until now ! Even some panels changed slightly....it's strange.
The readers werent happy for the first art style cuz the characters werent matching the ones in novel so the author decided to change the artstyle

I'm laughing so hard right now because my observation skills are so non existent I didn't even notice the change , I skipped the new chapters and continued to where I left off and did not notice anything , I was confused reading your comment and went back to check ,they are soooo different
To be fair, they are similar. I had to screenshot the first panels side by side because I thought I was tripping
