Yeah there nothing wrong story trying to depict racism in there stories because it’s a real world issue it’s just this author is obviously not the right person to try and write a storyline for that because of obvious reasons
Honestly they could've easily swapped the roles. It would have made sense and they wouldn't have to redo as much as they probably did when coming back.
I agree with you, I know there can be racist black people but the story is set in Korea so it makes more sense

Yeah this is what I was also thinking! I've heard that racism can be really bad in South Korea cause it's not even very acknowledged there. So like a lot of casual racism.
Unfortunately, but of course it's probably not going to change. I wish people on both sides were being better about this but on with the show
I think they could have still kept the racism story by changing it. I think it would've been good to have one story touch on racism.
E.g. thy could have well flipped the thing, focusing on the racism non Koreans, especially black people, experience in Korea. It would've been satisfying to see them beat up some racists (Daniel doesn't like physical violence we stil have our black haired MC!)
Tho seeing how things went, the creators clearly didn't know what they were doing, and likely still don't. So even tho I would've wanted to see at least one chapter on racism they're probably not qualified to do that...
