Yeah, but he ultimately agrees to be in the relationship because he wanted to see the kids. It’s what he told Clough, six kids no compromise. He was so excited about it…
It’s really sad, because Aeroc was really longing to be the mom he couldn’t be in w1…
And the imprint really both screws them. Clough can’t survive without Aeroc, he’ll go crazy violent, if he had married Rapiel… who knows what he would have done. He might hurt more people because he will grow more obsessed with Aeroc.
The effect of the imprint on Aeroc is he does mutate into an omega again, but a lot faster, the problem with mutating is if he’s discovered. He’ll be sued because of the inheritance law. Omegas can’t have titles, only properties. So finding a partner will be tougher, and the fear of being taken advantage will be scarier.
Clough in w2 is different his an AU version. He’s still an arrogant asshole, but seeing that Aeroc is unstable (he has nightmares of w1) Clough does his best to be the best support system and husband. He didn’t question Aeroc, he waited for him to say it, and when he learned about w1… he found it crazy, but seeing how real the fear is… he worked even harder to make Aeroc know that he’s so love. He wanted Aeroc to feel safe. And he makes OG Aeroc very happy and loved.
In w3, yeah it’s screwed up.. because the Aeroc there doesn’t know, so Clough inserted himself back in his life using Aeroc’s weakness with money. To show us he’s a selfish asshole. He genuinely thought of taking advantage of a miracle, only to see everything he believed in was wrong. But that arc is more of a representation of hell, Clough had to see his the screwed up one not Aeroc….
Seeing Clough cry because he was helpess, that realization that he had caused so much hurt to his kids, to Rapiel (he saw he failed him and that he had a good life when he because he found a genuine partner who loves him.), and Aeroc who he ruined.
I’m frustrated that Aeroc has no other options… but as you read it, it made sense why they ended up together. As much as I hate OG Clough, he’s a selfish bastard, he won’t let Au Aeroc go. But ultimately that greed becomes poison in his system, he constantly reminded… this would have w1. A new family or set of children won’t really make you feel better… it will leave a bigger hole, because he deprived this life from his six kids.
It’s not a story for everyone. But it’s damn brilliant in its own way…
Yeah w3 makes me hate Og Klopp more more and more that I really want to see him doing su1cide many times but failed so he will taste the hell over and over again.
How come he loves still love Og Aelock while he didn't want to let Au Aelock go though he knew he could ruin him once again. I want to chop him into pieces while I love the Au him. Lmao.

Yes I get Aeroc was in the wrong, however he never asked the mercenaries to r*pe the og husband, all he asked was to scare him a bit
And the punishment to that was constant r*pe.... This is on the same traumatising level as dark fall dude.
To me the only way this story could've been good was if they made him end up with someone else who wasn't klopp and someone who'd treasure him.
Cause believe me if I was told I'd have to wait three lifetimes to recieve a proper apology from someone who r*ped me almost everyday i'd rather kill myself.
Instead of making three lifetimes we could've completed it in two where in the second life Aeroc finds happiness NOT with Klopp.
