Wait I'm not arguing with you on Sihwa coz I agree Also I'm not comparing them (sorry if this post came out like that in any way) just pointing out how similar the two stories I'm currently reading rn. I love them both ╥﹏╥
Anyways I just realized that two of my fav ongoing manhwas (Love in Orbit & Night Song) have almost the same plot progression. Where the semes start out unlikable XD Sihwa with the assault and global annihilation and Jaeshin with the assault One of the reasons this work tho is that they're not normal humans.
Sihwa an alien who knows nothing of ethics & human interaction (literally threw a child) and Jaeshin who is def an incubus or succubus from hell, having character development as the story progress with some good writing and plot. Like if ur gonna give me a toxic character you better be good at writing ╮(￣▽￣)╭
