But if chu wanning hadn't given half his soul to him in both timelines (one while traveling back and one while dying in the past world) I don't think Moran would have changed in the 2nd life. I mean moran changed for the better n many things worked out in favor of him since he had cwn to understand n redeem him when no one else knew taxianjun had tht flower. N also he was inherently kind since the beginning so thts tht
Like I know rezef is irredeemable rn but I kinda wish he had someone to love him and give him all the affection and attention he needs. It doesn't need to be Cayena. Like he's so obsessed with going back to the past where no one was between him and his sister. They keep showing tht one panel of both of them standing together looking all sad. Cayena was the only one who cared for him in his entire life. The Emperor hates him. The mum is dead n there's no mention of if she was a good mother to him(idk if they mentioned how she died)
Like overall he feels like a victim too to the politics n all the palace things. It just sucks tht his insecure self keeps messing up any soft corner tht Mc might have had for him.
N by messing up I mean he's actually messed up in the head to think killing the nanny n everyone around her will get her to surrender to him. Oh god as I keep typing I keep finding the negative points in his personality lol.
Anyways, this was a rant. I don't feel like explaining his behaviour too much. Who knows wht he will end up doing next chapter or next season. If he seems up doing even more irredeemable stuff with no remorse and all it will be the death of this character.

I totally get you. I wish he saw that cayena actually loved him as a brother and cared about him more than anything but what he has done is irredeemable and sadly he will get his deserved ending for that. I'm so glad 2ha gave such a beautiful but painful redemption arc to moran, its truly a masterpiece.
He's not related to MC by blood! Initially they started off as half-siblings (paternal) but it was then revealed that Rezef was the result of the empress's affair (with Raffael's father), so Raeffael and Rezef are actually half siblings.
ik but that doesn't change anything cayena still thought of him as her true family and I think as kids he thought the same? idk for sure coz it's difficult to understand him
Yesyes ofc, I think Rezef's addiction to MC is very strange as well (team raffael lol) but i was js clarifying how they werent siblings by blood, they were definitely rasied as brother and sister though so the rezef x mc ship is weird
Rezel man. I really wanted a redemption arc with him. But I don't think the authors gonna give him one. I really like him. Maybe it's cuz I came here after re reading erha but rezel keeps giving me Moran 0.5 vibes and I keep feeling sorry for him even tho he's horrible. Honestly tho if they made him the ML , I'm sure he'd have gotten a redemption arc but damn he's related to our MC by blood too tht complicates things too. Ufff
