probably because
1. it would give a lot more trouble than he's worth (he is a boss too after all)
2. it would be too nice. He wants him to suffer the same way he suffered. As he just said "If this is the only way I can inflict pain on you... I hope it comes to consume you whole"
Wtf, why wasn't he killed or castrated, at least?!! He's going to do the same thing to other omegas in the future!!! The world's a better place without him in it, a waste of oxygen.
