Yeah, like I know the internet is like the wild west. But if ppl could have even a bit of self awareness and follow internet ethics, cyberspace would be a little bit of a better place for most of us.
There is a HUGE issue with people filming others without their consent for silly reasons just to humiliate them in front of millions of people online and potentially getting harassed. Just for dressing a certain way, or doing/being something completely harmless that apparently some folks have a problem with. I really wish there were actual laws about this
Yeah, it is truly concerning why there are no solid laws for this. Sadly, in my country, most politicians here are conservative propaganda-pushing boomers. So it is in their best interest to do nothing about this. And also, I personally think they do not understand how the internet works so

I know the situation is different in the manga. But it just reminded me that with how prevalent social media and the thirst for clout is, there have been irl instances where harmless and unknowing strangers get filmed by weirdo ppl without their consent and uploaded on the internet for the world to see.
Be careful not to fall for this type of behavior just to earn some social media brownie points.
