omg I thought it was just me who stop reading Royal Servant, it was soo annoying and stupid. I didn't get what sooo good with the main couple (〜￣△￣)〜also I stop reading a A Man Like You, and compare to this the same in there was worse XD

There is not such a thing like a seme personality, they can have different personalities... but yeah you are describing one of the most common steryotypes, and it wouldn't be boring but probably estressful and angsty to date someone like that.
What could be interesting is that the "uke" doesn't have the tipical uke personality that goes with that estereotype of seme, actually taemin is more like a seme type... so their relationship may change Woojin, hopefully
honestly, I don't feel anything for seme guy. He looks good, sure. but aside from that? He's the typical "seme" or just "handsome anime guy" personality. which in short is personality-weak. cold, selfish, possessive, popular, strong, superior, the list goes on. and then some of you might go all "he might not like anyone but he loves uke!" uh... if you think that's a healthy kinda love that he's showing, then idk.. I imagine it to be hella boring to date someone with semes personality. A relationship without laughter, without joking around, probably really serious sex where you're only allowed to do the things he wants you to do.. ugh.
