He's not angry about what he did nor does he regret it. He's just hurt that the guy he was trying to SA called out another guy's name.
I feel so bad and so sad for Jinwoo seeing him in this moment of weakness and give in to temptation. I teared up when he got into the car and saw he was crying. You can feel that there is regret at that moment and he is angry at himself for giving in.
From an outsider’s perspective it’s easy to get mad at him or say he shouldn’t do this and that, but for the person involved, it is so hard seeing someone he love for almost half of your life already moved on and has someone new. He can’t even run away hide and not see him coz he has no choice but to stay and pretend nothing happened for the sake of your mother’s condition and their relationship as a “family”.

I think what I want to say is at strong feelings of love for someone doesn’t disappear overnight.There will be times you will crawl back to that feeling even if it hurts you.
