I'm just making a summary and a guess. I think the polar bear found them and brought him to his residence. People around them say "he could be a spy" but nonetheless the polar bear keeps the rabbit. I think the reason why is because he's amused by the rabbit or he thinks the rabbit is similar to him. Anyway flash forward to a couple chapters later the rabbit goes missing pretty sure he was being bullied by people who didn't like him the polar bear finds the rabbit covered in blood eating the people that hated him. I had flash forward to a few more chapters we find the polar bear distancing himself from the rabbit I'm pretty sure the reason why well maybe he loses control that's why we see him in the cell chained up to prevent himself from attacking people. The rabbit goes to look for the polar bear he gets lost finds himself in the prison and tries to free the polar bear then boom forced devil tango. After that I don't know ┐(‘～`;)┌

Here's a short ver.
Seme find uke first we see how they fuck. Anyway uke is an experiment that explains how he is a rabbit that eat meat. He ate the rabit they found clearing the fact that he doesn't know what's up when he's hungry.
Plot- seme took uke in then seme got to his heat n uke help him by sex. That's it.
