I don't understand that part, Can you tell me please?
So from what I got, people are given a tattoo of their name (or something like a code idk I think it's translated into name but it's not their actual name. I could be wrong tho)
And the tattoo is like their identity or something and it's only between them and their fated soulmate
And they kinda feel pain in the tattoo when they meet their soulmate
See April doesn't have a tattoo because he was an orphan, but the seme felt pain in his tattoo the first time he got close to him
So it's probably that April would've been his fated soulmate if he had the tattoo

Ummm I just started reading this and I have no idea why is covering a name tattoo illegal
