Why even post a chapter twice, was this a bot or something

If it doesn't say who updated it, then it was a mangago bot who grabbed it from somewhere.

I think the chapters that don't have the uploader's tag are uploaded by the bot

But usually it's not supposed to upload a chapter that already exists
