Um, where are chapters 159 to 231?

Just gonna copy/paste someone else’s comment:
Thanks to having 2 available versions (censored & uncensored) they cut the pages differently, so the numbers of pages different as well. Ch 131 here is chapter ch 202+203 elsewhere. But now Ch 136+137 here are same as ch 135+135.5 here (would be ch 210+211. My mind is now a mess, LOL (￣∇￣") Plus tons of missing chapters for uncensored version. Which I wrote here on another comment.
