eh i doubt it but my theory is that the um... in lack of better wording "fluid" that comes from the vagina when aroused might be fertile in alpha females, having the same effect as sperm when in contact with omega... "fluid"

Every omegaverse is different, however, I know that there is a omegaverse project(with various manga like "Abarenbo Honey") where they all stem from the same universe but with different authors. So I believe this one does have penises for females and everyone can get pregnant. However, every omegaverse is different depending on the author.
Yes, all mangaka who do omegaverse change a few aspects to accommodate their stories so there is not a guideline that's set on stone. But a lot of the characteristics remain the same. Thank you Secret for the info (that I totally and completely forgot). ^^
Lol Yeah, I remember a lot of people being confused since many omegaverse universes have it to where only omegas can get pregnant in m/m relationships. But this specific omegaverse project switches it up by quite a lot and it's pretty awesome since everyone can get pregnant.
