why are some of the top comments so exaggerated

aight this might seem spoilery to new readers but to other readers it might not be.

I'm at the start of chapter 5 right now and just skimmed it cause i was curious as to why the rating is low and the comments saying they were shocked at the ending of chapter 1 or something about chapter 4... lol i was expecting some level of "killing stalking" shock cause that story was wild but lol

it's a decent read. the seme seems like a decent dude. the concept (that will be explained in chapter 1 part 4) just made the overall story interesting amd not like the other fluffy wholesome domsubverse. it's got angst.

seme knows that what he needs as a dom is very dangerous to other people.
makes a safe word when uke keeps on wanting to do a play with him cause he knows he might hurt uke.

and when he did "cheat" he did want to break off cause he knows he'll hurt /might hurt this dude mentally physically and emotionally from being "not good enough to satisfy him"

hahaha I'm still in the middle of the story but idk. get the ratings up man it seems decent. it felt like the ones who read them first and made those comments at the top being so shocked made me expect that this is a bad read or that it's as wild as killing stalking violence

i see the seme as a reasonable dude. (do note I'm still at the start of chapter 5 )

he tried his best cause he liked uke. didnt push the things he need to satisfy his dom tendencies.

both characters are human and i can see the struggles and insecurities in both their perspectives. i love that.

the "cheating" part ... sadly they havent fully discussed what they both see or condone as cheating. i didnt see seme as a person who broke or off because he found someone better. I see him as a guy eho broke it off cause he dont want to hurt uke in the long run.

and i get uke. he's naive in this area. he's new to this dom, subs plays etc., he experienced something for the first time. so he'd say yes (and sometimes even force himself to say yes) just so he can be with the one he likes. and we all know that being like that is dangerous af if we're with the wrong person

if you want something wildly shocking, unexpected and disturbing, go read Maki-chan. it's by the same author as this one but I'll be adding this spoiler cause i dont want people reading it blindly and triggering them.

it has a rape scene. and it's very sad and triggering.. for me, cause they did the deed till the end and no, the seme was not able to save him sadly.

but from what i can remember it had an ok ending or a bittersweet ending (sadly i read this when there was no english translation yet ) imagine it as a story of a rape victim and their childhood lover trying to overcome the victim's trauma together or something. idk I'll be re readin it as well cause it had low ratings when i saw it recently
