I'm genuinely learning a lot thanks to her and the both of them, their exercises and her advice is so spot on, you're right, don't make it so that others are afraid to even approach you, still put your health and safety first and don't you ever feel guilty for things you haven't even done, it's so weird so I'm trying to assess what this feeling of guilt so ig anyone here knows, like maybe is it a tendency of people pleasing or smth like that? Even saying no...haa, if y'all have any advice, I'm really trying to make it work as well!

I get you, I'm mostly a independent person, but still a people pleaser, so instead of expressing myself I usually just go away from people and that is so difficult to fix.

Honestly I think people pleasing is not necessarily bad, unless it harms you. If helping others helps you feel joy then it's fine. But if it is to the point where you can't deny any requests then it is harming you. I don't quite understand what your question about guilt is, but I find this to be an interesting topic. Can you explain when exactly you feel guilty? Is it for being unable to help, or unable to refuse?
