Spot on. He left his child, still an infant, to the abusive, trashy Alpha father and his (barely adult) older brother for several years. He doesn't have the right to come back and snatch the child from his only caretaker. Regularly visit and pay the child support first.
I feel bad for the dad. He has his faults but he's a victim too. I hope they come to a solution that's favorable for both parties. ╥﹏╥
