A) the directors gonna fall for shizu, minato gets scared but gains mad confidence to try and confront them after finding out the directors male/shy away from shizuma cuz the director gets to see shizu more than minato doing smth shizu worked so hard to get to but shizu gets stern to make a boundary btwn him and the director with advice while tatsumi ends up with the director

Or B) the director jumps shizu but shizu refusing and minato finds out, disappears again after finding out the directors male/jumped shizu, tatsumi unknowingly picking up the broken pieces, and shizu hunts for minato at shoheis cohabitation house and they both overcome their relationship fears once and for all
