I was thinking the exact same thing. His entire personality just screams "helpless" and "I let things happen to me" and "I don't think I can do anything" vibes
What i don't understand is that he had a loyal friend by his side helping him out. Literally can see the friend is love with him and cares about another man's son like his own. It's like the uke got selective amnesia about who was loyal.

no offence to everyone who like the uke personality, but i just kinda of wish that he wasn't an "easy prey" and had a strong personality enough for him to stand for himself and his son. but then again i understand that he,s like that bcs of where he's coming from. #－.－)
