It's so funny, I'm hardwired by years of manga/anime to see backstories/flashbacks etc. to be a huge deathflag for the character.
Yet I still always hope it's not the case.

Typically in manga, flashbacks mean that the character is abt to die but after reading so many BL manhwas has taught me that flashbacks mean THEYRE COMING BACK LETS GO TAEYOON ISNT DYING (￣∇￣") (I hope)
