Although the plot is improving, manhwa, especially BL, has this ever present problem. And that is how in one update barely anything happens. We get 2-3 short scenes of detailed nothing. Its usually updated weekly, but the plot is soooo slow. This manhwa is at ch 49, readers hate the character and overall story because we still don't see anything that would make the main character catch a break
if people don’t like it then they should stop reading or let the story marinate it definitely feels slow but the main reason is because it gets updated weekly and we’re all caught up to it. i always feel like stories are slow whenever i need to wait for weekly updates but most of the times the pacing is actually good when you look at the overall storyline.
Its not just the feeling of "i caught up to it, now i have to wait and it's annoying". It's the lacking scene. Idk, i tend to compare with other manhwas where we can find out a ton of info in one update and it just feels "man, this weeks update was fulfilling, can't wait for next week".
yeah i do get what you mean. i also compare manhwa’s like with the amount of chapters and what has happened so far in both stories and one will be very different than the other one and sometimes a chapter feels too short and nothing interesting has happened but oh well.
the chapters are making sense and there is no stalling. i am GLAD to get a break from all the sex like damn is it that hard to just read for the plot? the story is making sense and you can FEEL that there is a build-up for something bad. i know we all want to see some cute romance or some progress in their relationship but it’s a process!! the matches are part of it ok.
