Did it. I don't know if it's ~magic~ but it grants you amazing sex right from the beginning. You know what you like and what you want and how to communicate it to the other person. You're more confident and comfortable because you actually like yourself more than when you were in your teens and twenties.

I said it was my personal experience. I Hated myself in my teens. Didn’t hate, but didn’t like myself in my twenties. And in my thirties I got to I like myself.
