i think it's not that he CAN'T it's more like having second thoughts, having him restraining himself, guk already mentioned why he won't go all the way because theirs "WHAT IF'S" like what if they crossed THAT LINE & nan-nan regrets it & shrugs it off like it never happened, & telling guk to go back before when they're still "FRIENDS" i mean if it was me I can't imagine how it would make me feel, u know despite doing the DEED u still get FRIEND ZONED
