I feel really bad for the dad for how much people are hating on him. He was in an abusive relationship for 2 years. It’d make sense to get tired, weak, and wanna run away till he gets his shit together, and eventually, his son. Sure, he was clumsy and desperate in his ways to reunite with his child, but remember that he was satisfied for a while to stay in the shadows if not for his reasons and concerns to be completely valid. He runs into the two dudes who are supposedly taking care of his child (which one of is a gangster) injured in a shady neighborhood with his guardian being in a debt that would take a lifetime to get out of. You really can’t blame him and I’m sure he was just as hurt as the uke for letting his own infant go. Just don’t hate on him too much. Not to mention the uke isn’t that innocent. I mean for fucks sakes, he literally tried to do a double suicide in the first episode.
He’s like the most human-like parent that’s we’ve seen in bls so far. Parents are always not perfect and some of them are as weak as him. He just didn’t know what he was doing and so far, seems really regretful about it.

Yeah, I completely agree. It would be nice if the dad could shape up, but he’s done so much wrong and has been so selfish, and he is so late, that it would be best if he just stayed gone. He’s just such a selfish coward. Very rich of him to even call himself a parent.
