About the book we are "playing" with 2 different time lines here:
1. The one where the FL never appeared in Ciel's world.
2. The one where the FL gets in Ciel's world.
The book the FL reads is from the 1st time line, wrote by the saintess and she gives it to the FL so she can read everything that she did with Ciel (FL doesn't know the book is real, she only thinks the ML is described exactly like Ciel).
1. If the prince still feels the thirst for more, does this mean, they're also not compatible cause the princes needs someone with like a higher rank cuz that saintess or whatevs is like C-rank only? Compared to the A-rank of our FL? If so, then lol, desrrve actually
2. How did FL read the novel in her past life when the story actually happened in reality? Did someone just make fantasy story of it or something?
