No, According to what I've read in the comments, Aerock's next babies have nothing to do with the children he had with that evil mad man, they are new children.
I also read that, as a theory, the new babies might have more to do with the miscarriages Aerock had when he was living on the streets and had to sell his body and be abused.
As long as the MC and ML end up together without some second rate omega replacement.
Also is it just me or did anyone find the omega to be actively trying to seduce the ML and putting on an act??

The ML showed interests in the MC, the MC starts to like the ML back, the ML then decided to date someone else but he chooses Someone that looks exactly like him except they are an omega. I don’t know the ML knew what he was doing but it was obvious he is goading the MC, and after all that goading the MC snapped and the omega is killed or whatever
