Yep, I'm pretty sure. I mean they both look alike they both have red hair so..... yeah
Ch. 54, his first appearance, showing up as one of Woojin's hs friend, not really sure if he is friends with Ho-in as well but maybe they run in the same circle?
Ch. 59 & Ch. 104 (as someone had mentioned down below) he was hanging out with Woojin, both times they talked about Ho-in.
In ch. 59 there were signs of Woojin liking him when he had a thought bubble saying, "Be careful or I'll actually ask you on a real date."
In ch. 109, we learn that Yitae is also gay when he stated, "Once us gays get into a relationship......"
Ch. 92, Woojin mentioned he was going to hangout with an "Itae" I think that would be Yitae.
This as much as I could remember to find. I really hope that Yitae isn't a jerk, Woojin seriously deserves someone who's good to him.
