The Saint's Magic is Omnipotent. The Mc's name in it is even Sei and she falls in love with the captain of the Third Order. Basically, it's this manga, just with alchemy instead of accounting and Mc is a girl.

I love this series!! I remember watching an anime that was similar, but the mc was a girl and was treated unfairly because the other girl was younger and the “real” saintess. I think the mc decided to study magic or alchemy, but she actually turned out to be the real saintess? I totally forget the name which sucks cuz I never finished it! ┗( T﹏T )┛
