Personally, I want plan #1 for many reasons, mostly because I really enjoy this series, but don't have the money for Lezhin. We shouldn't put too much work on the translator, and let her work at her own pace until she thinks she can handle more series. This isn't the whole reason of course, but most of it! Also, I kept repeating "She" like I knew the translators gender, but she/he hasn't even confirmed yet. (〜￣△￣)〜
