The prince is essentially fond of her but I don’t think his feelings are all the way there yet. As for her, think of it this way:
No one ever did anything FOR her until he came along and quite literally saved her life before giving her a new path to life, with goals that made her appreciate the person she’s turning out to be. So of course she’d be susceptible to falling for him so quickly. And when two people sleep together, it’s quite easy to propel those feelings even further.
No no I get that it’s just the sudden shift from viewing her as a tool to being possessive and jealous that gave me whiplash lol
Oh, there were hints before that he was sometimes purposely harder on her so he wouldn’t allow his feelings to move some other way. Something about his feelings for his dead lover.
I like this story I really do but the romantic feelings between the prince and the fl seem a bit too sudden for me. So far as I can remember they’ve only had sex right? They haven’t had any real conversations to get closer. And I mean I could see the fls point of view cause he saved her life but it feels like the ml goes from seeing her as a tool to being in love too quick. Maybe it’s a situation where he fell in love with her in the past but for now this is the only off thing to me
