Iirc there's like a period during pregnancy where it's safe (to an extent) to have sex while in the early trimester. Just a disclaimer though, I am by no means a healthcare professional, but i think i read that in passing.

But for real it’s actually safe..esp.when you’re near due date. It’s equivalent doing exercise (yoga,dancing,walking and squats) for pregnant women.
