Since 100% means good ending for Penny and with Eclise being as obssessed as he is that doesn't seem possible would be my guess
it’s a mix of obsession and hatred, he absolutely hates her as much as he loves her and can’t let her go that’s why it’ll always be 99%
i know this is supposed to be some deep and pholosophical thing but i just don't get. Why can't he ever love her 100%?
