Nurarihyon looks a lot different because the Fox demon took his heart out that's why aging seems to affect him faster and for the kissing part Rikuo can do it as long as Tsurara uses her fear to stop herself from freezing things.
but you see his comrades that used to look young, still look young; like Gyuuki. He still looks the same, and has the same height. But Nurarihyon looks like a completely different person.
also, Nurarihyon says in the past that he doesnt want to be kissed by yuki onna because it would kill him.
So does that mean that Rikou cant kiss tsurara at night? will he die if kisses him because shes cold? he seemed up to kissing her while he was human.
