Okay, I couldn't take it anymore. I read in the comments a few spoiler but nothing concrete so I decided to spoil myself and find out what is up with the new dude.
So he is a stalker and an assaulter. He is obsessed with the actor. He apparently stalked him from almost the beginning of the story. Remember when they where in the cafe and the uke knocked over the glass. When they came back the glas was gone. The stalker stole it. He befriends the uke and gets him drunk or spikes his drink. When he is unconscious the stalker touches him and jerks of. The uke wakes up on the middle and see the stalker jerking of. But the stalker doesn't know that.
