from what I got in that memory she remembered, he felt betrayed cuz she ran away from him (left him) in that incident. Rezef mentioned he had a misunderstanding of ceyena so assuming thats when he had that misunderstanding- he woulda hated her in past lives. Current life she changed and did/said right stuff to get back on his good side
not sure if it's because I'm on my period but I'm crying like a baby rezef didn't deserve what he went through he was just a child, a baby no wonder he's so messed up now, even though I lowkey still don't understand why he'd have her killed in her past life I now totally understand the obsession he has with her and even find it relatable bc I'd hold onto the only person that I have as tightly as possible too, so much that it could get abusive. though it does not excuse how he treated and treats cayena I still hope he gets his own happy ending
