As you know if they really just give 30 dresses to all those poor women, every poor women will tell it and if everyone is selling it. Those dresses will worth nothing. Also you forget that the royalty is giving those dresses. For the best case the royalty will not care about what they do with the dresses but that girl may kill anyone that sell the dresses she gives out
