I started gaslighting myself into thinking they were talking about soulmates/fate names in a metaphorical sense cause it seemed to come out of left field.
So I told myself that they had just tattooed the name of a lover or something, and now regretted it. And that cover ups were extra illegal in Korea, I remember hearing that it's either not legal to tattoo or they're just really looked down on.
So the whole 'name cover ups are illegal' MUST be related to that right? But that just doesn't make sense.
Maybe it'll come up again when they actually start the coverup?
they didn't really clarify but there are similar mangas with a world were a person is born with their fated person's name on their body & once they meet they know it's him from pain in the area or something ... so my guess it's the same here
