I think it’s because butler took some meds or pills that cause to melt or something like that and that’s why he was releasing so much pheromones. (And sorry if you didn’t understand my English is not that good. )

Yea the pills he took were to make him an Alpha but a side effect is Heat combustion do to the body not handling the pheromones. So basically his body overheated till his organs started melting including his body and due to the extreme temperature heat cause his body to catch on fire and melt from inside out.
Im curious did the butlers body explode?? The way he died was so weird so pheromones can make you melt now lol
